Strong sales and customer service are essential. Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit and background checks, and move-in processing, with on-site schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• Previous multifamily and affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service background with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert prospects into leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online and referral programs.
