Greystar's Parkridge Apartments in Lake Oswego, Oregon is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive sales, tour prospects, and process applications. You will screen credits and backgrounds, prepare lease packages, and coordinate move‑ins with maintenance.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in property management software and flexible scheduling to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in property management or leasing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease packets.
• Ensure move‑in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals; support lease renewals.
