Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications, credit checks, lease preparation, move-in packages, and follow-up to secure leases and renewals. On-site work required with strong customer service skills.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues; ensure show units meet quality standards.
