Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Beaverton, OR to drive leasing activity, market the community, and manage renewals. You will interact with prospective residents, coordinate tours, screen applicants, and prepare lease documents to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will use on-site software to track traffic, maintain unit readiness, and collaborate with maintenance. The role requires a flexible schedule, weekend/holiday coverage, and a customer‑first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and programs to boost occupancy.
• Create traffic through on-site and internet marketing channels and outreach programs.
• Track availability and activity using property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal efforts and prepare renewal packages with residents.
