Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant for a lease-up property. You will drive leasing, orchestrate marketing plans, and engage prospective residents with a focus on exceptional service and community fit.

You will coordinate tours, process applications, and support renewals while collaborating with Lifestyle Coordinators to enhance resident engagement. This role emphasizes fast, friendly service and accurate data management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales/marketing/customer service background.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; explain apartment features.
• Strong math for sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Record prospect information at move-in.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and run marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leads.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize leases.
• Support lease renewals per AA renewal playbook.
• Address resident and owner questions promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and guests.
• Attend events and build referral networks.
• Prepare reports and analyses; perform other duties.
• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with events.
