Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Parkridge Apartments in Lake Oswego, Oregon. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals across the community.

In this role you will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases, and support move-ins and renewals while delivering excellent resident service and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State/local licensing requirements must be met where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours and show apartments to drive occupancy.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure a smooth lease signing and resident experience.
• Monitor marketing and leasing activities and communicate with maintenance and management.
