Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator in Wilsonville, Oregon, to drive occupancy and revenue through comprehensive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

This role requires hands-on execution of marketing plans, use of OneSite/Yardi, and daily engagement with prospects to secure lease signings and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing multifamily properties.
• Ability to drive occupancy and revenue through targeted marketing.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
