Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Antioch, CA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, handle tours, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction from initial contact through move-in and lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing the lease and move-in package.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using online tools and referrals.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner questions and conveys requests appropriately.
