Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience
• Prior lease up experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate on property

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and employer referrals.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate with maintenance for upkeep and show unit readiness.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal decisions; communicate with residents post-move-in.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal letters and meeting with renewing residents.
