Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional in Antioch, TN to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, conduct credit checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, showing apartments, and processing applications.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases for high-occupancy communities.
• Familiarity with market conditions, marketing plans, and occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Leads and conducts tours, processes applications, and completes lease documents.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Implements marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy, including referrals and online tools.
• Tracks traffic and leasing activity using property management software.
