Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate in Tennessee to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

The role requires performing tours, processing applications, maintaining show units, and executing targeted marketing efforts. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition; coordinates with maintenance to address issues.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Uses on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; communicates maintenance needs and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and meetings with renewing residents.
