Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional in Antioch, CA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will lead tours, process applications, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, resident relations, and renewal administration, with on-site duties and a Tue–Sat schedule. Strong customer service and 1–2 years of leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work Tue–Sat schedule and manage multiple prospects.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease to new residents; process applications and screenings.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and prepare move-in packets.
• Monitor market conditions; implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and resident data.
• Prepare lease renewals and coordinate with residents and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with team.
