Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community in Antioch, CA. The role focuses on greeting prospects, tours, applications, and move-in, while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position involves using on-site software, conducting showings, and following renewal procedures, with a focus on delivering excellent service and meeting community goals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments; process applications and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure they are ready; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Monitor market conditions; develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic; utilize internet marketing tools and referrals.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company show quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by sending renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
