Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional in Los Angeles, CA, to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 329-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage tenant move-ins while maintaining high show quality and occupancy goals.

Role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, giving tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online and offline channels.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support renewal processes with letters, packages, and advance contact with renewing residents.
• Respond quickly to resident or owner questions and document requests to the appropriate team.
