Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience required.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting community sales goals and coach leasing consultants.
• Lease apartments and present all community information to prospects.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to build loyalty.
• Support revenue programs and cost controls to improve resident experience.
• Assist residents through move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Visit competitive communities to stay informed on market conditions.
• Plan resident events to strengthen community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies to ensure fair housing compliance.
