Job summary

You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals while leveraging CRM data and coordinating with lifestyle teams to enhance resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales, marketing, hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly; explain apartment features.
• Sales skills: generating leads, presenting, qualifying prospects, closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Manage move-in process, credit screening, background checks.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain CRM data, track availability and leases, follow up with prospects.
• Support lease renewals and respond to resident questions.
