Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive leasing and renewals, guiding prospects through the process with excellent service. You will manage CRM data, coordinate tours, and process applications to optimize occupancy and revenue.

You will collaborate with lifestyle teams to boost resident engagement, execute on-site events, and ensure high-quality show units and a smooth move-in experience. This role requires strong communication and sales skills in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and explain apartment features.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain CRM records, track traffic, and analyze data.
• Design marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize leases or renewals.
• Assist with lease renewals and AA renewal playbook.
