Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offering.

The role requires lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales/marketing/customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and close leases.
• Sales skills: generating leads, presenting, qualifying prospects, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and occupancy goals through sales and leasing activities (greeting, tours, applications, credit/background checks, lease signing).
• Qualify prospects and collect move‑in information; record data.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short/long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on‑site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards; coordinate maintenance and show readiness.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Support lease renewal program with letters, packages, and advance renewal outreach.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns; document requests.
