Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant in Florida to execute leasing and renewal strategies, guide prospects through tours, and process applications with professionalism. You will track leads in the CRM, coordinate with the Lifestyle Coordinator, and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires the ability to manage marketing activities, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain high show-unit standards throughout the lease cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively and to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, tour prospects and process applications to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads and follow up within 24 hours.
• Support lease renewals and coordinate with lifestyle teams to boost resident engagement.
• Ensure show units meet standards and communicate maintenance needs.
