Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, manage inquiries, and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role emphasizes lead management, CRM usage, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain features and answer questions.
• Mathematical skills to process sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue and occupancy goals through lead management and leasing activities.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain CRM data, analyze market conditions, and support events.
• Coordinate with Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and follow up on leads.
