Greystar in Sarasota is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead on-site marketing, leasing and team performance to meet revenue and occupancy targets. You will direct pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies while supervising the leasing team and ensuring high standards of property presentation.

This role requires strong sales skills, leadership, and the ability to respond quickly to market changes, with responsibilities including tenant move-ins, renewals, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license required to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, prepares lease documentation and move-in procedures.
• Reviews financial and sales reports to improve leasing performance.
• Supervises leasing team with hiring, orientation and training.
