Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead management and qualify prospects; show apartments and process applications.
• Prepare lease and move-in paperwork; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the property.
• Support lease renewals and communicate with residents during the lease term.
