Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing customer accounts across partner stores. You will promote Acima Leasing, process credit applications, and turn web orders into active Leasing customers while delivering excellent service.

The role operates in one of our retail partner locations and requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized and able to multitask, with good time-management.

Aufgaben

• Drive customer growth through multiple channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications (in-store and web).
• Coordinate with Acima partner stores on operations and performance.
• Report store activities to the Store Manager.
