Job summary

Acima seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service at a partner store location. You will help process credit turn-downs, convert web orders, and promote Acima leasing benefits to customers. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is paid hourly, with eligibility for bonuses or incentives based on performance and company plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.

• Review lease applications and assist customers through the application process.
