Job summary

Acima LLC. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and delivering excellent customer service in a retail partner setting. You will process credit turn downs, convert web orders to Acima Leasing customers, and promote leasing benefits to customers.

The role involves collaborating with partner stores, driving conversions, and ensuring smooth operations across channels. This is a full-time position with hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in account management and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Acima retail partners to process credit turn down applications and web orders.
• Review lease applications and promote Acima leasing benefits.
• Drive conversions and support store performance.
• Report to Store Manager on store and coworker activities.
