Acima LLC. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management, sales activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at one of our retail partner locations.

This role focuses on processing credit turn-downs and web orders, promoting Acima leasing benefits, and driving conversions while working closely with partner stores and the corporate team. The position is full-time, hourly, with eligibility for bonus programs, and requires a flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work full-time and in-person at store locations.
