Job summary

Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service at partner store locations. You will help process credit turn-downs, promote Acima's leasing options, and drive conversions through proactive customer engagement.

The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication, flexibility, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and account management across channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Convert applications and educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and processes.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report to Store Manager on performance.
