RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and handle lease signings while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, familiarity with property management software, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Experience withEntrata, Yardi or One Site software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs all leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks and prepare leases.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Monitors market trends and adjusts marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and curb appeal of the property and responds to resident concerns.
