You will greet prospects and prepare move-in packages, processing applications and deposits with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with MS Office and community software (Yardi).
• Professional, neat, and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and monitor renewals.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Handle rental payments and enter data into Yardi.
