Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy while promoting resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, prepare move‑in packages, process applications, and maintain accurate records within the Yardi system.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and service excellence in a vibrant community. The position requires experience with public interaction, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move‑in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and report service needs.
• Process applications and deposits.
• Update availability reports and process approvals.
• Monitor renewals and send renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally.
