Valiant Residential, LLC seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention and occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service at our Addison, TX community.

You'll greet prospects, qualify applicants, prepare move-in packets, process applications and deposits, maintain reports, and support renewals. Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi is expected; Spanish is a plus. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Two years of previous relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and community software (Yardi).

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria (ask questions, use guest cards).
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record all visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and market-ready units and communicate service needs to the Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Update the availability report and process applications for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and route to the Assistant Community Manager.
• Enter lease info into Yardi and obtain signatures.
• Assist management with other tasks as required.
• Enforce community policies consistently.
