Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person leasing, tours, and applicant screening. You will execute marketing plans, coordinate lease renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with experience in property management software and market analysis. Regular hours Mon–Fri with weekend availability for showings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks for lease approvals.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Execute marketing plans including offsite activities and referrals to drive traffic.
• Assist with renewals and maintenance of occupancy and revenue goals.
