Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a property marketing and leasing associate for the Old Bridge property in New Jersey. You will market and lease units, coordinate events, and provide resident services under supervision of Property Manager and Regional Property Manager.

This role requires strong customer service, knowledge of HUD programs, and experience with multi-family housing. Proficiency with Yardi, Excel, and Outlook is preferred; valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience with HUD programs (HOPE VI, Section 8) preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses and tours.
• Market and lease units and track referrals and inquiries.
• Provide resident services and respond to concerns promptly.
• Maintain property filing, deposits, and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and expenditures.
• Assist with annual inspections and recertifications.
• Support Property Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and property competition.
• Maintain and update property reference materials and promos.
