Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, leasing, marketing, hospitality or customer service with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• At least 6 months in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing & Resident Manager to improve leasing operations and ensure procedures meet business needs.
• Assist in pursuing sales and marketing strategies to increase income and value.
• Ensure show-ready units and tour path through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Develop resident engagement campaigns to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee daily leasing and resident relations in compliance with laws and company standards.
