Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Legacy Ridge in Westminster, CO. You will coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals, while engaging prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, organized recordkeeping, and collaboration with maintenance and management. High school diploma required; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
