Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Must adhere to Fair Housing laws and Brookfield policies.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Conduct informative, personalized property tours and generate new leases.
• Manage leads and applications in the CRM; schedule tours and follow up after visits.
