Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Vista, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents to drive occupancy and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining lease paperwork, and collaborating with maintenance and management. A high school diploma and 1 year of sales or leasing experience are preferred; Yardi Voyager and MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease paperwork.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
