Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, tour the community, qualify leads, and guide applicants through the lease process.

You will close leases, complete paperwork, perform market surveys, maintain data accuracy, and support retention programs. Regular onsite attendance and strong customer service are essential to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.).
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals.
