Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role involves showing units, greeting prospects, tours, signing leases, and completing all paperwork before move-in.

Regular onsite attendance, strong customer service, and knowledge of on-site software and Fair Housing Laws are required. The position offers full-time hours and an hourly rate range of $15–$19.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions needed to close the sale, including making appointments and follow-ups.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover tasks.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours; use sales strategies to meet leasing goals.
• Provide resident relations and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
