Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is required and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

The role involves handling paperwork, lease audits, market analysis, and daily data entry. Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and handle administration of the community.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to resident inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing and outreach campaigns and analyze market conditions.
