Job summary

Greystar in Sunnyvale is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure smooth move-ins and successful renewals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience, strong sales and closing abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Requirements: 1-2 years in leasing; incentive-based bonuses possible.
• Preferred: multifamily leasing experience, strong sales/closing, excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing; proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and PM software OneSite and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and prepare leases.
• Process applications, perform credit/background checks, and complete move-in packages.
• Follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction and successful lease renewals.
• Support renewal letters, schedule renewals, and manage timely documents.
• Address resident questions and coordinate with maintenance and management.
