Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will perform leasing with prospects, renewals, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease packaging, and move-in coordination, with on-site management software usage and daily show unit upkeep. A flexible schedule and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales within rental communities.
• Knowledge of marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and screen applicants.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) for tracking data.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities and outreach programs to drive traffic.
• Maintain data on availability, traffic, and resident information in software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing offices daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and advance contact.
• Respond to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
