Job summary

Greystar in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Property Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring move-in readiness and excellent customer service.

This role requires 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience, strong sales and closing abilities, and proficiency with OneSite, Yardi, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Strong sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales results.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and lease data; manage prospect data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
