Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Scottsdale to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while ensuring move-in readiness and accurate leasing records.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, at least one year of sales or leasing experience, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation, move-in paperwork and processes.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Tour models and ensure move-in readiness of apartments.
• Maintain confidential resident files and accurate leasing records.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
