Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Chandler, AZ to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering outstanding resident service. You will qualify prospects, tour properties, prepare leases, and support move-in/out logistics to achieve high occupancy and retention.

A background in sales and leasing is preferred, with proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office. Excellent communication, organization, and a drive for results are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease docs.
• Conduct property tours and ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Maintain accurate traffic activity records and timely leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Support with clerical duties and vendor/invoice processing as needed.
• Comply with safety rules and Avenue5 policies; pass housing training within 30 days.
