Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Glendale, AZ to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospects and residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, document leases, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior leasing and property experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Manage lease documentation, renewals, and move-in/out coordination with maintenance.
