The position requires a high school diploma and prior sales or residential leasing experience, with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license may be preferred for property visits and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Qualify prospective residents and generate traffic; promote a quality living experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed traffic records and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Inspect model apartments before tours and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
