Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing activity, market properties, and maintain positive resident relations on-site in Pearland, TX. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and move‑in documentation while promoting an excellent resident experience.

You will collaborate with maintenance, manage showrooms, respond to inquiries, and contribute to social media presence to boost visibility and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare for move-ins.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Close sales: arrange appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, follow up.
• Advertise using marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic.
• Represent the community positively to meet property objectives.
• Plan resident events to promote retention and engagement.
• Complete leases, move-ins, check-outs, and peak-period paperwork.
• Attend weekly and daily goal meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
