Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will sign leases, handle applications, and act as the landlord for owners.

This on-site role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction. The position involves coordinating tours, processing applications, showing units, and assisting with move-ins, while leveraging marketing strategies to attract residents within

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Microsoft Office and property management software experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with signatures and orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and issues to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Apply marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Represent the community positively to support objectives.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with maintenance to handle service requests.
