ConcordRENTS is seeking a leasing professional to join our Orlando team, delivering customer-focused service across affordable and market-rate multifamily communities in Florida.

The role emphasizes leasing tasks, resident outreach, and collaboration with support teams to achieve occupancy and retention goals. Competitive compensation is commensurate with experience and benefits are provided.

Formación

• General knowledge of business. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartment homes and prepare property for business.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries.
• Encourage tours and promote residency benefits.
• Determine needs of prospective residents and explain lease options.
• Discuss application qualifications and move-in costs.
